JVI operates as a trusted Subject Matter Expert in the field of Anti-Human Trafficking, providing technical expertise, strategic interventions, and capacity building to justice organizations and government stakeholders and to the network partners. By working hand in hand with law enforcement, judiciary, and grassroots NGOs, we help create stronger justice systems that protect the most vulnerable.

JVI is the convener of the Nyay Network, an impact-driven coalition of Nyay Kendras (Justice Hubs)—localized networks that unite NGOs, government agencies, and private sector partners with a shared vision of sustainable justice transformation. As the convener of this network, JVI fosters collaboration, equips partners with cutting-edge resources, toolkits, and best practices. JVI provides the technical support needed to rescue and rehabilitate trafficking survivors effectively.

Securing justice for victims of human trafficking and other injustices through high-quality legal aid and direct intervention.

Strengthening the capacity of nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies to effectively combat trafficking and uphold human rights.

Building Stronger Justice Systems
To drive long-term systemic change, JVI focuses on strengthening justice institutions through:
Training Programs – Providing specialized training for police, Anti-Human Trafficking Units (AHTUs), and law enforcements to enhance rescue operations, victim rehabilitation, and prosecution efforts.
Legal Aid & Lawyer Empanelment – Mobilizing a network of legal professionals to provide free legal assistance and representation for survivors.
Public Awareness Campaigns – Organizing Walk for Freedom, Anti-Human Trafficking Clubs, and advocacy campaigns to mobilize communities against trafficking.
