Our mission is to bring freedom, justice, and restoration to men, women, and children suffering from human trafficking and other extreme injustice by partnering with justice organisations and government stakeholders to strengthen the justice system.

India, with over 1.45 billion people, has a growing economy and a rich cultural history.

As per the National Crimes Record Bureau 2022 report, a total of 2250 cases of Human Trafficking were registered in 2022 as compared to 2189 cases in the year 2021, showing an increase of 2.8%. From these cases, a total of 6036 victims were reported to be trafficked, of which 2878 were children and 3158 were adults.1

Additionally, as per data tabled by the Ministry of Home Affairs in the Lok Sabha, India recorded as many as 10,659 cases of human trafficking between 2018 and 2022. Out of the 19,821 persons charge-sheeted in these cases, only about 5%, i.e., 1031 persons were convicted. 2
